Thanks to you, I passed the exam and it was a snap–in and out in less than an hour. I really have the utmost respect for you as an educator. Notwithstanding my questions which you answered accurately and with specificity, your dialogue as a teacher explained certain concepts which rang loudly on the exam and every question except for 2 or 3 were right from your course materials. No-one could ask for more.

I passed the test! took my previous class with Dwell before they switched over to their current situation. I signed up with Justin Milette with Aspire at REAL. I’m super excited. I am waiting for the broker to sign my papers and return them so I can send in my application for my license.

Just wanted to let you know I’m taking your pre licensing class right now, I have really enjoyed all the videos. You do a great job telling stories and relating it back to the material. Makes it easy and fun to learn from, thanks again!

The course was really, really great! It taught me a lot. I passed the test the first time and I only had the materials for 3 weeks.

I would HIGHLY recommend Royce & Associates – I watched the videos for 3 days in a row and read over the review questions twice and PASSED the test on the 1st try today !!!! Everything he says “bold and highlight” do it it’s very helpful and beneficial. I know where I will be taking my CE classes.

It is the best class out there for both relevant, genuine experienced backed knowledge/advice/lessons, that is completely flexible as far as schedule and pace. It caters to all especially those who are very busy with unpredictable or fluid routines, as well as those who do not learn as well in group settings. Great material and knowledge shared. I recently did my continuing education classes with Jerry Royse and the man is a wealth of knowledge. This man has a lifetime of Real Estate experience and is so passionate about what he does. Best teacher you could ask for.
