I Passed my test on the first try. Unfortunately I was not able to study as much as I wanted to however the class material was extensive and must have stuck in my head. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable. Experience pays off everytime.

Royse and Associates provides top notch training for real estate education in Alaska.

I just took the week end pre-license class and it was great. It was much better than the class I took for my real estate license in Florida. The food was great too…

I would HIGHLY recommend Royce & Associates – I watched the videos for 3 days in a row and read over the review questions twice and PASSED the test on the 1st try today !!!! Everything he says “bold and highlight” do it it’s very helpful and beneficial. I know where I will be taking my CE classes.

Jerry is a very knowledgeable and valuable instructor. He uses his experiences and humor to make the classes fun. His continuing education course is super helpful. You don’t have to wait till the last minute to get your continuing education out-of-the-way.

A lot of times the greater Fairbanks Board Of Realtors does not have the in person, continuing education, all 20 credits until October. Even then, if you’re busy that weekend or out of town, you’re out of luck. Very grateful that Jerry offers all 20 hours of continuing education online!!!! Thanks Jerry!!!!
