The Sales Pre-Licensing course was thorough, well-organized, and enjoyable! Jerry’s anecdotes throughout the class were incredibly relevant (and entertaining). Very effective pre licensing class. I completed the condensed video’s in two days, studied using the practice quizzes and exams (there’s a ton and they’re super helpful) on day three, and passed the state exam on day 4. Super worth the value, and Jerry is easy and entertaining to listen to.

I was expecting this to be a very hard class to navigate. I was expecting this to be overwhelming. Jerry takes this information and makes it understandable AND entertaining. I really enjoyed this class and I highly recommend it to anyone who is considering entering into Real Estate.

I have been taking Jerry’s classes since the beginning of my real estate career. Most recently I passed the Broker test and was able to answer the questions without a doubt due to the extensive information provided in these courses. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent classes. I took my continued education credits for my licensee renewal and my Pre brokers exam training 5 days later. I was worried about doing both classes so close together but the teaching style was right what I needed. The information was presented with real life examples of how it is applied to the real estate industry. There were more than a few people in the class with decades of experience yet every question I asked was treated with respect and patience. Really useful direction on what areas to study more before taking the pre brokers test. Great advise on how to take the test and all in all a real comfortable feeling of being on a team. I don’t usually give a review but I passed the brokers test first go and I give a lot of the credit to these folks. (I have to mention the breakfast and lunch was great. Lots of good coffee too)

Thank you Mr Royce. I will be back for more education as I move forward in my career.

I’ve used Royce for both my continuing education and my PL. It was a painless process and an easy and informative class! I love that after I’ve passed, I still have access to print and download materials for future reference.

Jerry always stays current with his information and delves deep into complex issues. When new laws or regulations or trends arise, he studies until he has a very thorough understanding of all the nuances and how it impacts our industry, and conveys it in a way that leaves no doubt about its implications. He takes his vast knowledge when there is legislative change pending and weighs in with legislators and policy makers to advise them of the nuances that may arise beyond the obvious intentions of the new regulations. No one, not lawyers, judges or any one steeped in real estate in Alaska, has a better understanding of the law and trends than Jerry. On top of all that, he is only a phone call away when you have a question what to do.

From the time I entered the Real Estate business (almost 20 years ago), I have taken ALL of my continuing education and Associate Broker License training with Royse and Associates. The training provided is in-depth, practical, extremely well presented and dare I say entertaining at times. Jerry and his team are simply the best!

Jerry is a very knowledgeable and valuable instructor. He uses his experiences and humor to make the classes fun. His continuing education course is super helpful. You don’t have to wait till the last minute to get your continuing education out-of-the-way.

A lot of times the greater Fairbanks Board Of Realtors does not have the in person, continuing education, all 20 credits until October. Even then, if you’re busy that weekend or out of town, you’re out of luck. Very grateful that Jerry offers all 20 hours of continuing education online!!!! Thanks Jerry!!!!
