I originally took my pre-licensing classes at Royse & Associates almost 7 years ago. The classes were very thorough and they give you a ton of materials and practice tests to study. I passed my state-required real estate agent test the first time because of Royse & Associates” training system. They provide videos and live virtual classes so you can study from home too. I prefer the in-class version for the interactions with the instructor and the other students, but that can be done with the virtual classroom courses just as easily. There are other good training companies around, but I like Royse & Associates at Alaskatraining.com. Jerry and Cheryl are fantastic! I am now studying for my broker’s license through Royse & Associates.

Excellent classes. I took my continued education credits for my licensee renewal and my Pre brokers exam training 5 days later. I was worried about doing both classes so close together but the teaching style was right what I needed. The information was presented with real life examples of how it is applied to the real estate industry. There were more than a few people in the class with decades of experience yet every question I asked was treated with respect and patience. Really useful direction on what areas to study more before taking the pre brokers test. Great advise on how to take the test and all in all a real comfortable feeling of being on a team. I don’t usually give a review but I passed the brokers test first go and I give a lot of the credit to these folks. (I have to mention the breakfast and lunch was great. Lots of good coffee too)
