WE HAVE UNSURPASSED CURRICULUM

Royse and Associates' Real Estate Sales PreLicensing meets the Alaska Real
Estate Commission's requirements for real estate licensing in Alaska and for more than 22 years has been used by over 1200 students to pass the real estate sales exam, and get their real estate license.

Our Prelicensing sales training is provided via on-demand,
correspondence with over 70 hours of recorded videos and significant supplemental test prep materials.

We are not currently providing in-person classes. We provide regular, supplemental Zoom meetings to review the videos in a timely manner and address any questions our students have in real time. The Zoom meetings are not required. They are deigned to be supplemental to your online materials.

The entire class and the videos are in your online materials which you will have access to for 2 years from the date of registration. You can study at your own pace. If you wish to sit in on a Zoom meeting, you can do so at no extra charge within 2 years of registration. These Zoom meetings are identified on our calendar and offered over a weekend or in the evenings during the week.
