Broker Post Licensing

Alaska real estate licensing requires 30 additional hours of training within the first year of having your broker license. The Royse and Associates Real Estate Broker Post Licensing class meets the Alaska Real Estate Commission requirements for real estate Broker Post Licensing. Broker Post Licensing provides you with additional real estate broker training and broker specific resources. Royse and Associate's training can be taken by correspondence through our online real estate school and is accessible to you at your own convenience.
Continuing Education

Royse and Associates' Real Estate Continuing Education meets the Alaska Real Estate Commission's requirements for real estate licensing in Alaska. Our training for continuing education is provided in two day classes featuring gourmet food alongside of Jerry's years of experience or by correspondence, which has handouts as well as video, through our online real estate school.
Alaska State Law
ALREADY LICENSED IN ANOTHER STATE?
The Royse and Associates real estate school provides in-classroom and correspondence classes. You can sit in on the portion of the Sales PreLicensing class that addresses State Law or do the whole thing by correspondence in the comfort of your home or office.
This 6-hour class meets the AREC requirements for getting the Alaska State Law portion of the class and preparation for the test.

A lot of times the greater Fairbanks Board Of Realtors does not have the in person, continuing education, all 20 credits until October.
