How to whitelist an email address:
Gmail
Create a filter to tell Google to whitelist email randa@alaskatraining.com and jroyse@earthyp.com
- Click the settings button (in the top-right corner of the screen), then select “See all settings” from the resulting drop-down menu.
- Click on Filters and Blocked Addresses and then Create a new filter
- Enter the email to whitelist in the From field then click Create filter
- In the box headed, when a message arrives that matches this search select Never send it to spam then Click the Create filter button.
Outlook.com
Add the addresses email randa@alaskatraining.com and jroyse@earthyp.com to your safe senders
- Click the cog icon in the top-right corner
- Search Safe senders and domains in the Search input field
- Add the email ‘randa@alaskatraining.com' and 'jroyse@earthyp.com’ to whitelist to the list of Safe senders and domains then press Enter key.
Outlook desktop
Add the addresses email randa@alaskatraining.com and jroyse@earthyp.com to your safe senders
- Open outlook application and right click any mail then hover to Junk and then click Junk E-mail Options
- Click Safe Senders tab
- Add the email ‘randa@alaskatraining.com' and 'jroyse@earthyp.com’
- Click Apply then Ok
Yahoo
Add the addresses email randa@alaskatraining.com and jroyse@earthyp.com to your safe senders
- Click settings in the top-right corner and then More settings
- Click Filters and then Add new filters
- Fill up the Filter name. E.g. Alaska training
- At the From dropdown, choose contains and add the email ‘randa@alaskatraining.com and jroyse@earthyp.com’ then click Save.
