Fantastic program. Made sure to get lots of reps with the practice tests and passed my exam after 2 weeks of studying! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their RE license.
Jerry is very competent, he knows Alaska and Real Estate. There is a lot of information, tests, references, and tools provided. The presentation laced with humor and is very relatable woven with wisdom gained from experience.
I really love the education that Royce and Associates offers me. It's very easy to navigate with language that is widely understood. I recommend this class for anyone getting out of highschool, or anyone trying to find a new pathway in life. You will NOT have regrets!! The only recommendations I have is maybe an outline for note taking... (I'm just bad at taking notes).
The instruction is not only relatable to real life, it is comprehensive in scope and over-prepared me for testing. I feel well armed for entering the marketplace!

I was taking this course as a correspondence course to get my Alaska license since moving from Hawaii. They continued to check in to make sure I had everything I needed. Wish I could of taken the class in person. Thank you agaain.

Jerry is a very knowledgeable and valuable instructor. He uses his experiences and humor to make the classes fun. His continuing education course is super helpful. You don’t have to wait till the last minute to get your continuing education out-of-the-way.A lot of times the greater Fairbanks Board Of Realtors does not have the in person, continuing education, all 20 credits until October. Even then, if you’re busy that weekend or out of town, you’re out of luck. Very grateful that Jerry offers all 20 hours of continuing education online!!!! Thanks Jerry!!!!

I recently did my continuing education classes with Jerry Royse and the man is a wealth of knowledge. This man has a lifetime of Real Estate experience and is so passionate about what he does. Best teacher you could ask for.
After doing some research, I decided to move forward with Royse and Associates for pre licensing. I was not disappointed. I heard from a few people that the education is top notch yet it was not until I got into it myself that I could see what they meant. There is soooo much material and tons of videos to help! I ended up passing my test within a few weeks of getting the training through them. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future!
