Our Real Estate PreLicensing meets the Alaska Real Estate Commission's requirements for real estate licensing in Alaska. Our live or zoom preliencsing sales training is provided over 1 weekend or 4 evenings. This is a condensed class covering all the modules. You get access to all the online correspondence materials at no extra charge. You can study at your own pace. Or, take the whole class by correspondence at your own pace and then if you wish to sit in on a class you can do so at no extra charge within 2 years of registration.

Continuing Education 2020-22 20-Hour ReActivation Class Correspondence

If you let your license lapse in January 2022, then you must reactivate your license by January 31, 2024 in order to retain your license. If you do not do this, you will lose your license and will have to start over with Sales PreLicensing and testing.

ALREADY LICENSED IN ANOTHER STATE?

Our real estate school provides in-classroom and correspondence classes. You can sit in on the portion of the Sales PreLicensing class that addresses State Law or do the whole thing by correspondence in the comfort of your home or office.

This 6-hour class meets the AREC requirements for getting the Alaska State Law portion of the class and preparation for the test.

You will get several hours of videos to review and hundreds of practice questions to support your success.

LICENSE BY ENDORSEMENT

Sec. 08.88.263. License by Endorsement.

A person who holds a valid active real estate license issued by another state shall be granted an equivalent Alaska real estate license if that person:

(1) passes the portion of the real estate examination which examines on Alaska law; and
(2) meets the requirements of AS 08.88.171
(3) satisfies the educational requirements under AS 08.88.095(a) if the person has not held the license issued by the other state for one year or more.
