Continuing Education 2022-24 Instructions–READ FIRST

Thank you for using Royse and Associates, Alaska’s largest real estate training company for over 23 years.  We want to be your source for real estate education and are committed to providing the most comprehensive materials available.

We have provided you with a variety of resources to support your growth. Feel free to download whatever you like or come back to the course any time until January 31, 2025.

Your license renewal to the Alaska Real Estate Commission is due no later than January 31, 2024. You must submit your application for renewal no later than that date. You are responsible for the submission.

You will need to have a certificate of completion for the courses for the entire 20 hours of continuing education in order to renew your license.

You will need to take the quiz for your certificate of completion. In order to receive a certificate of completion, you must score 70% or more. You can take the quiz as many times as you need. You are responsible for taking the quiz and securing your certificate prior to January 31, 2024.

Your certificate will be made available to you immediately upon completion of the quiz and you will be able to access it through your account page at any time. Please keep the certificate for your records.
