Royse and Associates offers all classes for all levels of Real Estate training.

All classes include a Resource CD with every module of every class in both Word Document and PDF formats.  Included on the cd are many practice tests, State Law resources, hyperlinks for further edification and flash cards to assist you with your studies.

In addition, we offer a Resource Room with books and computer training at no additional charge.

We offer the most comprehensive training brought to you by Jerry Royse.  As a senior CRS Instructor Jerry has taught in 46 states and 5 countries and has frequently spoken at state and national industry conventions.  He is an expert witness for many landmark state cases, knows case law, and assists in the development of new Alaska Legislation.  He is the 'go to' guy for Real Estate in Alaska.

 Pre-Licensing - 40 hours
We offer both weekends as in-class experience for those who know they work best by hearing the material.  you will get more information than just in the manual in an exciting and fun environment.

You may choose any combination of Week 1 and Week 2. You can take Week 2 before you take Week 1.

Broker Upgrade

Our Broker Upgrade class offers those in Real Estate for 2 years or more the opportunity to venture out or support your training goals.  As in all Royse and Associates classes, you get gourmet meals and snacks, great training, resource cd, access to our Resource Room,  and so much more.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Paid Classes:

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the course date or your class fee is forfeited.  If you cancel before the required time, and request a refund, it will be issued to you via check within 30 days.  There will be a non-refundable, non-transferable $50 cancellation fee with an additional fee of 4% of the total amount if the fee was paid with a credit or debit card.

Transferable fees, and cancellation fees not refunded, and may be used by the original student for another Royse and Associates training class within 4 months of the original class date.
