As of February 1, 2008 the Real Estate Commission increased the number of hours for Pre-Licensing to 40 hours. We offer these classes in two weekends.
We offer both weekends as an in-class experience for those who know they work best by hearing or learning the material in a live setting.
You will get more information than just what's in the manual, in an exciting and fun environment, taught by an internationally recognized instructor who has taught advanced real estate courses to thousands of students in 46 states and 5 countries.
You may choose any combination of Week 1 and Week 2. You can take Week 2 before you take Week 1.
If you prefer, you may take one week in class and one week via correspondence. Simply choose the correspondence class and check the course calendar for dates.
